My name is Rachel Rossow, I am an Spiritual Life Coach with a Graduate Degree in Spirituality, Culture, and Health, a BA in Psychology, and a BA in Religious Studies. In my remarkably uncomfortable and equally rewarding journey, I have learned fool-proof ways to let go and begin again in my own life, and now help individuals to find their own path as well. I am inspired by the human spirit's resilience and all of the stories they carry. My process is one that leads with love, gratitude, and finding meaning in the madness. I began my healing journey in 2018 after leaving a narcissistically abusive relationship (one of many) and realizing that I was ready to do the work to transform my life. I began seeing all of the ways my life had been effected by these relationships and how I, myself, played a role. I realized that I needed to take control and become the Hero of my Life Story, not the victim.
